DAY 01: GUWAHATI - KAZIRANGA
Arrive at Guwahati airport, received and transferred to Kaziranga National Park (220 kms / 05 hrs) - a World Heritage Site and also a Tiger reserve is home to more than 80% of the world’s population of the Great One Horned Rhinoceros. It has a significant population of Asian Elephant and Water Buffalo living here. It has a wide variety of fauna and avifauna in a unique habitat of mainly grasslands, close tangled and thorny rattan cane, Elephant grass and tall trees of evergreen forest and numerous water bodies. More than 400 species of birds both resident and migratory are found here. Evening free at leisure.

DAY 02: KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK
Early morning Elephant ride in the Central range of the Park followed by a Jeep safari in the same range. The Central range is good for water birds such as Falcate Teal, White-eyed Pochard, Grey headed Fishing Eagle, Crested Serpent Eagle and Spot-billed Pelican. Bengal Florican can also be seen in this range. After lunch Jeep Safari in the Western range - ideal for grassland birds. This range is preferred for seeing big game like Rhinos and Water Buffaloes.
Overnight at Kaziranga.
DAY 03: KAZIRANGA NATIONAL PARK– NAMERI NATIONAL PARK.
After breakfast, start journey to Nameri National Park via Tezpur (130 kms / 03 hrs) - it is covering an area of about 200 Sqkms. The park is the second Tiger reserve of Assam. The park consists of deciduous forests, hills and the river Jia Bhoroli flows through it. The rich wildlife park includes Tiger, Black bear, Elephant, Leopard, Clouded Leopard, Indian Bison, Pangolin, Indian Wild Dog, Deer, Civet Cat, Capped Langur, Jackals etc. Various species of birds such as the endangered White Winged Wood Duck, four species of Hornbill, Butterflies and Reptiles are also found here. En route visit the historic Tezpur town and its ruins and temples constructed during the reign of ‘Ban Dynasty’.

DAY 04: NAMERI NATIONAL PARK - DIRANG
Early in the morning go for an exclusive River Rafting on Jia Bhorali River (smooth water rafting). Enjoy the ecstatic view of Himalayan Foot Hills along with the rare treasure of its bird life & the eco system of Nameri National Park that has been the paradise for nature lovers. After lunch drive to Dirang (180 kms / 05 hrs)- the land of Monpa tribes of Arunachal Pradesh. Enroute visit Tippi Orchid Centre and Sessa Orchid Sanctuary.
Over night at Dirang.
DAY 05: DIRANG - TAWANG
Today we will drive to Tawang (141 kms / 07 hrs). On way experience the beauty of Sella Lake in Sella Pass (13746ft), Jaswantgarh – located 16kms from Sella Pass is a memorial to the brave soldier who single handedly tried to get hold of the approaching Chinese army during the Chinese aggression in 1962. On reaching Tawang one can see the Great Tawang Monestry from a great distance. Evening explore Tawang town.
Overnight in Tawang.
DAY 06: TAWANG
Explore Tawang – Tawang Monastery, Unni-Gompa (Women Monastery), Urrigilling (the birth place of 6th Dalai Lama) and scenic drive to PTsho Lake which is close to the Chinese border. Evening back to Tawang.
Over night at Tawang.
DAY 07: TAWANG – DIRANG
Drive backward to Dirang (141kms/7hrs) – the land of Monpa tribes of Arunachal Pradesh.
Overnight at Dirang.
DAY 08: DIRANG – TEZPUR
Drive to Tezpur (200 kms / 06 hrs) - the beautiful historical town of Tezpur is well known for its ancient temples and ruins. Evening visit ‘Chitralekha Uddyan’- that houses the finest specimen of sculptural remains of 9th century. Evening at leisure.
Over night at Tezpur.
DAY 09: TEZPUR – GUWAHATI
After breakfast, drive to Guwahati (190kms/ 4.5 hrs) - gateway to the North East India, situated on the south bank of the mighty Brahmaputra, the city is the principal centre of socio – cultural, political, industries and trade & commerce of the entire region. In Guwahati visit Maa Kamakhya Mandir – one of the most sacred Hindu Pilgrimage and Balaji Mandir - the replica of Tirupati Balaji. Evening cruise in River Brahmaputra.
Overnight at Guwahati.
DAY 10: GUWAHATI
After breakfast, drop at airport or railway station.
